Team Meeting Attendance Forms are not used in MEC325 and MEC723.
You must track your meetings and your attendance at those meetings. This form will help you with that.
Salustri has created a Google spreadsheet that your team can use to track meetings and meeting attendance.
You can use the spreadsheet online or on paper.
To use the spreadsheet online, you must all agree to use your Ryerson Google accounts. You cannot use your private Google accounts to use the spreadsheet online.
NOTE: If you notice any peculiar or suspicious behaviour with respect to this spreadsheet, you are ethically required to bring it to your instructor's attention immediately. Failing to do so may result in a charge of academic misconduct.
You can also just print out the spreadsheet and fill it in with indelible ink. Note, however, that you assume the responsibility to maintain the sheet (e.g., not lose it) for the entire semester.
