To use the spreadsheet online, you must all agree to use your Ryerson Google accounts. You cannot use your private Google accounts to use the spreadsheet online.

1. Save a copy of the spreadsheet in one team member's Ryerson Google Account.
   • Make sure the name of the spreadsheet includes your team number.
2. “Share” your copy of the spreadsheet with all your teammates.
3. Also “share” your spreadsheet with your TA and your instructor.
4. Fill the spreadsheet out as usual.
   • “Sign” your name each time you attend a meeting, in the appropriate row and cell.
   • To “sign your name” to signify your presence at a meeting, simply type your name in the appropriate cell.
   • Google tracks who added each item to the spreadsheet, so the instructor can verify that each person actually only signed off on their own presence at meetings. Signing as anyone else but yourself for any reason constitutes a violation of the Academic Code of Conduct.

NOTE: If you notice any peculiar or suspicious behaviour with respect to this spreadsheet, you are ethically required to bring it to your instructor's attention immediately. Failing to do so may result in a charge of academic misconduct.

You can also just print out the spreadsheet and fill it in with indelible ink. Note, however, that you assume the responsibility to maintain the sheet (e.g., not lose it) for the entire semester.

1. Save a copy of the spreadsheet.
2. Add the names of all team members to the spreadsheet.
3. Print out the spreadsheet.
4. Use indelible ink to add dates and locations of each meeting as they occur.
5. Get each person present to sign the sheet at the meeting.
